New Email Ticket Tracking SystemTo improve your customer experience and response time we have introduced a new email to ticket tracking system. Now when you contact us by email you will receive a response with your own tracking number. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your request either by an online webpage, or by quoting your ticket number to any of our agents by telephone. You can expect a response to your inquiry within 1 business day. Responses to tickets will be automatically emailed to you anytime a ticket is updated so you will know right away when you ticket is being worked on. Note that in order for this system to work effectively we have had to introduce spam protection on our email addresses. While we allow all of our clients currently registered email addresses unrestricted access, if you should mail us from an address we do not have on file you will be asked to confirm your email to us.
